Westminster Christian School, built on a powerful past and enjoying a dynamic present, is poised for an Extreme Makeover and needs incredible people to help make it happen. Founded in 1961, and now enrolling over 1,100 students in grades pre-K3 through 12, Westminster is located in the midst of tropical splendor a quarter mile from Biscayne Bay and 15 miles south of Miami, Florida. The Board of Trustees is in the midst of a major strategic initiative that will include new buildings, revised curriculum, potential property acquisition and a concerted effort to take our school to the next level of excellence.

As Superintendent I am looking to build upon the exceptional team of educators already here and am eager to talk with anyone who wants to be part of the best, who has the track record and personality to make them a contender, and who is ready to work hard to
create the best Christian School in paradise.

These people, and any others interested in joining the Westminster team, will be called to put their vision and leadership skills to work improving an already exceptional Christian school. Successful candidates will meet all the usual academic and experience requirements, but they will not be mere pedagogues. They will be Christian educators with a passionate desire to create a Christian school that will be a paradigm for others. They will exhibit our characteristics of an excellent Christian teacher. I am looking for people able to articulate and implement an educational philosophy based in a reformed, evangelical theology. I am looking for people with strong, well defended opinions who are also team players. I am looking for confident, creative, energetic people who know that education is too serious to be entrusted to those who take themselves too seriously.
