The Westminster Fine Arts program for elementary students recognizes the responsibility of molding young musicians and artists. Our fully qualified faculty devotes individual attention to our young students allowing them to discover and nurture a student's gift at an early age, and for all students to develop a lifelong appreciation of the arts.
