• Health Clinic
  The well-equipped Health Clinic serves the High School, Middle School and Elementary School. It is located in Room 8 on the elementary campus.
  
• Services offered
  Our School Nurses provide nursing care to sick and injured students and staff. These licensed professionals are responsible for overseeing all aspects of school health and safety. In addition to caring for those who are sick or injured, health prevention is emphasized. Our nurses organize specialized health screenings, provide CPR and other health programs in and out of the classrooms, arrange exciting health events and work closely with teachers, coaches and parents to individualize health care according to students’ needs.

• Immunization Guidelines
  Westminster Christian School complies with all state immunization guidelines. Immunization records are reviewed and maintained by the school nurses in the Health Clinic. Prospective students must provide documentation of having received all required immunizations prior to admission. Department of Health Forms 3040 and 680 are available in Florida physicians’ offices and must be presented to the Admissions Office before students may begin school. • Medication Administration
  Medication is administered according to written physician’s orders. Authorization for Medication forms must be completed and on file in the Health Clinic before our nurses may administer prescription and over the counter medications.
