After competing in the Florida States History Fair, Westminster students went to the Capitol and had a private audience in The Florida House of Representatives with Rep. Ausley (center). The Cafecito Club spent Spring Break bringing Jesus' love and their hearts of service to the children of the Dominican Republic. Read club founder Kayla Dumas' '21 first-hand account of this life-changing trip.
The Cafecito in the Dominican Republic Mission Trip will always be an unforgettable experience for me, and the orphans at Fundacion Red De Misericordia, in Santiago De Los Caballeros, stole my heart. Although the thought of what they suffered through in their past made my heart ache, the joy and love for Jesus these children had was more than just alleviating, it was restoring.

Kipper, the piglet, was excited to meet our WCS preschoolers! Kipper lives in the Barn where students were able to feed and pet him. The highlight, however, was when the students each had a turn to run around the field with him and Mr. Heetderks. They learned many facts about pigs, which they have been excited to share with family and friends.
