The Admission Process
1. Submit Application Online
Once we receive your application, our dedicated Admission staff will contact you to review documentation and testing options.
3. Family Interview
Once the file is complete, the Admission Committee will determine if the application meets the criteria for a family interview and contact you.
2. Upload and Submit Documents
Our online process makes it easy to submit documents and school recommendation electronically.
Families will be notified of decisions via the Admission portal on the designated notification dates.
To be considered for Early Admission for the 2023-24 academic year, students must complete the entire application process prior to November 1, 2022, and will be notified of the Admission Committee's decision on or before December 1, 2022.
Early Admission at Westminster Christian School is designed for prospective students who know that Westminster is their first choice.
Students who are accepted under the Early Admission program will be required to sign an enrollment contract and submit a $4,000 non-refundable deposit (which will be applied toward the tuition total) before December 9, 2022.
Please note that you may not apply for Early Admission if you plan to apply for financial assistance.
Regular Admission applications will be accepted after Sep. 1, 2022 and decisions will be communicated upon completion of the Admission process on a rolling basis via the Admission Portal. Applications may be submitted until grade level is full.
Regular Admission with Financial Aid requires an additional application to TADS (Tuition Aid Data Services). The deadline to submit a Financial Aid Application is February 1, 2023 but we highly encourage you to complete it alongside the admission application. For more information regarding financial aid, visit our dedicated FA page. Both admission and financial aid decisions will be communicated only upon successful completion of both applications and if the student is accepted.
Individual testing for Preschool through 4th grade will be scheduled by the Elementary Office after all of the application documentation has been received by the Admission Office. All testing must be administered in person. Westminster currently uses the Brigance and WRAT tests for screening. The fee for testing is included in the application fee for PK3-4th grades only.
If you have applied to Westminster under the Early Admission program, you will be notified of a decision on or before December 1st. All other applicants will be notified after the Early Admission Notification deadline on a rolling basis.
Upon receiving and accepting an offer of admission to Westminster Christian School, the family will complete and return the digital enrollment contract, with the deposit, to the Admission Office. Please note the deposit is non-refundable.
There is no financial assistance available for Preschool.
Financial Assistance is available for Kindergarten - 11th grade based on the demonstrated financial need of the family. All financial aid applications are confidential. Aid is awarded based on the availability of funds within the limits of the school’s financial aid budget and the total needs of all students who apply. Full tuition awards or scholarships are not available.
