The non-refundable application fee is $125 per candidate. The cost of testing for PK3 - 1st grade is included in the application fee.
For students applying to grades 2 - 11, the additional admission testing fee is paid directly to ISEE (Independent School Entrance Exam) at the time of test registration.

  • Required Documents

    Please submit the following to the Admission Office:

    - Submit application online
    - Pastor/Church Leader Questionnaire (one per family)
       Membership at a local Christ-centered church, 
       Protestant or Catholic, is a requirement for admission
    - School/Care Provider Recommendation Form for Preschool or School Recommendation Form for K-1st
    - Copy of Birth Certificate
    - Photo (upload digital picture; photo may be used in WCS directory)
  • Testing

    Individual testing for Preschool, Kindergarten and 1st grade will be scheduled by the Elementary Office after all of the application documentation has been received by the Admission Office. All Preschool- 1st Grade testing is conducted on the Westminster campus, on a one-to-one basis. The fee for testing is included in the application fee for PK3-1st grade only.
  • Interview

    The final step in the Admission process is for the student and parents to participate in a Family Interview with the Admission Committee. All applicants, from PK-3 to 11th Grade, are required to go through the interview process with their parents.
  • Decision

    If you have applied to Westminster under the Early Admission program, you will be notified by the Director of Admission of a decision on or before December 2nd.. All other applicants will be notified after the Early Admission Notification deadline on a rolling basis.

  • Enrollment

    Upon receiving and accepting an offer of admission to Westminster Christian School, the family will complete and return the contract, with the deposit, to the Admission Office. Please note the deposit is non-refundable. Unfortunately, there is no financial assistance available for Preschool.
  • Financial Assistance

    Financial Assistance is available for Kindergarten - 11th grade based on the demonstrated financial need of the family. All financial aid applications are confidential. Aid is awarded based on the availability of funds within the limits of the school’s financial aid budget and the total needs of all students who apply. Full tuition awards or scholarships are not available.

  • Testing

    Once you have applied to Westminster Christian School, the Admission Office will contact you with available dates for the Admission entrance exam proctored on site at Westminster Christian School. The Admission Office will provide your INVITATION CODE, which will enable you to register for the ISEE exam held at Westminster Christian School. The cost of the exam is $125.00 and is paid at the time of the online registration for the test. (This is a separate fee from your application fee.)

Early Admission

Early Admission at Westminster Christian School is designed for prospective students who know that Westminster Christian is their first choice.  To be considered for Early Admission for the 2020-21 academic year, students must complete the application process prior to November 1, 2019, and will be notified of the Admission Committee's decision on or before December 2.  Students who are accepted under the Early Admission program will be required to sign an enrollment contract and submit a $4,000 non-refundable deposit (which will be applied toward the tuition total) before December 9, 2019.  Please note that you may not apply for Early Admission if you plan to apply for financial assistance.
The 2019-20 Admission Season is still open for select Elementary grades.

There are limited spaces available for Preschool and Elementary for this current school year!
