All New Students

Health Forms for New Families

DUE JULY 1, 2020

The Florida Department of Health requires that all newly enrolled students submit valid health forms in order to attend school. The forms must be provided by your family pediatrician and must be the original copy.
  • DH 680 (Florida Certification of Immunization)
  • DH 3040 (State of Florida School Entry Health Exam)
Please submit the original health forms to the Admission Office (M-F, 7:30  a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) before July 1, 2020.

Summer Camp

Camp Westminster offers loads of FUN in a SAFE environment for children ages 5-14. Our Sports & Specialty Camps as well as our flagship camp, WCS FUN Camp, offer a variety of activities to keep your children active throughout the summer. Camp information will be available online in April.


Elective Forms for 1st - 5th Grade

All students entering 1st - 5th grade must complete the Elective form and return it via email before May 1st.

Middle/High School

Final Transcripts

June 26 is the deadline to submit final transcripts from your current school.

Placement Tests & Auditions

For placement tests and Fine Arts auditions, the appropriate department will contact you. 

Microsoft Surface Purchase

Mandatory Surface Training for Grades 6 - 12

For your convenience, two sessions are available per day (10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.). Register for one session only.

All new students entering grades 6 - 12 grade are required to purchase a Microsoft Surface computer through WCS and attend one mandatory training session. Computers will be billed through the Business Office, and will be given to the student upon completion of the training session.

One parent is required to briefly attend the training session as well.

Athletics Physical

July 25 

Athletic physicals will be administered in the Westminster Christian Gym on July 25

Forms will be available in the summer. Interested athletes must complete the athletic forms online prior. 

These physicals provide medical clearance for the entire 2020-2021 school year for rising students, grades 6-12.

*The physical on July 25 is an optional convenience that WCS offers - you can also be obtain the physical from your doctor or health clinic, and upload it digitally.

Without a physical on file, students will not be permitted to try out or participate in athletics at WCS.

High School

Incoming 9th Grade Orientation "What to Expect in HS"

April 25 (8am in Media Center)

  • 8:00 – 10:00 am:  New freshmen will take an English placement exam and be trained on how to use the myWCS Learning Management System. 
  • 9:30 – 10:00 am:  Parents areinvited to a meet and greet with coffee and breakfast treats in the Auditorium foyer. 
  • 10:15 – 10:45 am:  Students and parents convene in the Auditorium for the College Counseling General Information Session on “What to Expect While in High School”.
  • 10:45 – 11:15 am:  Breakout session with individual counselors will take place in designated classrooms. 

Final Transcripts

June 26 is the deadline to submit final transcripts from your current school.

High School students: Please email your transcripts to Mrs. Katie Newcomm.

Warrior Week

August 9 - 14

Warrior Week is a unique part of Westminster Christian School, and all high school students are required to attend. If you have a conflict, please contact the High School Office immediately. 

All students must register online and submit the Parent Consent Form to the High School Office by July 25.

Registration forms will be available in the spring.

Get Involved!

At Westminster Christian School, parents are welcomed and encouraged to participate in all aspects of the school community. Your involvement is integral to the family atmosphere on campus, which is the hallmark of our school.

WCS Parents' Guild, WCS Chiefs Athletic Booster Club and the WCS Fine Arts Association meet jointly, on the first Friday of the month at 8 AM in the Student Activities Center (SAC). Getting involved with a WCS parent organization is the most immediate way to get involved in the WCS community. 

Please join us for the first Parent Organization meeting on Sept. 4!
