Health Forms for New Families

July 1

The Florida Department of Health requires that all newly enrolled students submit valid health forms in order to attend school. The forms must be provided by your family pediatrician and must be the original copy.
  • DH 680 (Florida Certification of Immunization)
  • DH 3040 (State of Florida School Entry Health Exam)
Please submit the health forms to the Admission Office (M-F, 8  a.m. - 2 p.m.) before July 1, 2019.

Elementary/Middle School

Camp Westminster

June 10 - July 28

Westminster Christian School offers a variety of programs in the summer for students. 

Camp Westminster offers loads of fun in a safe environment for children ages 5-14.  Our sports and speciality camps, as well as our flagship camp, WCS FUN CAMP, offer a variety of activities to keep your children active throughout the summer. 

If you are seeking academic enrichment or an opportunity to get a head start on the next school year, WCS Summer School, offers a variety of year-long and semester courses in a blended learning format.  This allows for more flexibility with your summer schedule all the while completing the academic requirements of a Summer School Course.

High School

Freshmen Math Transition Program

July 31 - August 2

All incoming freshmen are required to attend a Summer Math Transition Program from Wed., Jul. 31 to Fri., Aug. 2, from 12:15 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Registration is required.  Students must bring paper, pencil, and school-issued Surface tablet, and report to the Guarch Family Auditorium on the first day.  Lunch is not provided. 

Warrior Week

August 11 - 16

Warrior Week is a unique part of Westminster Christian School, and all high school students are required to attend. If you have a conflict, please contact the High School Office immediately. 

All students must register online and submit the Parent Consent Form to the High School Office by July 25.

Middle School/High School

Microsoft Surface Purchase

June 11, June 20, July 9, or July 18

All new students entering grades 6 - 12 grade are required to purchase a Microsoft Surface computer and attend one training session on one of the following dates: June 11, June 20, July 9, or July 18

On the day of the training, please bring the completed Purchase Contract. Without the form, students will not be allowed to take their computers home.

Transcripts

June 21 is the deadline to submit final transcripts from your current school.

Middle School students: Please email your transcripts to Mrs. Vicki Kaplan.
High School students: Please email your transcripts to Mrs. Katie Newcomm.

Athletic Physicals

July 27

Athletic physicals will be administered in the Westminster Christian Gym on Sat., July 27 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., for a fee of $10. Athletes must complete the ATHLETIC FORMS, which will be available online after July 1.

These physicals provide medical clearance for the entire 2019-2020 school year for rising students, grades 6-12. The physical can also be obtained from your doctor or health clinic, and must be uploaded digitally.

Without a physical on file, students will not be permitted to try out or participate in athletics at WCS.
