Application for 2018-19 Academic Year

We welcome applications for admission to 2nd - 11th grade from September 10, 2017 to February 1, 2018. After February 1st, applications will be considered on a space available basis only. We are happy to announce that there are still limited openings in the Elementary School.  Please phone the Admission Office for additional information.  

The non-refundable application fee is $125. Admission testing fee ($110) for grades 2nd-11th grade is paid directly to ISEE (Independent School Entrance Exam) at the time of registration.

  • Required Forms

    Please submit the following forms to the Admission Office:

    - Submit application online
    - Pastor/Church Leader Questionnaire (one per family)
    - School Recommendation Form
    - Authorization for Release of Education Records (submitted to Westminster)
    - Permission for School To Release Records (submitted to student’s current school)
    - 2 Years of Report Cards and Standardized Testing
    - Copy of Birth Certificate and a small photo
  • Testing

    Once you have applied to Westminster Christian School, the Admission Office will contact you with available dates for the Admission entrance exam proctored on site at Westminster Christian School. The Admission Office will provide your INVITATION CODE, which will enable you to register for the ISEE exam held at Westminster Christian School. The cost of the exam is $110.00 and is paid at the time of the online registration for the test. (This is a separate fee from your application fee.)

  • Interview

    The final step in the Admission process is for the student and parents to participate in a Family Interview with the Admission Committee. All applicants, from PK-3 to 11th Grade, are required to go through the interview process with their parents.
  • Decision

    If you have applied to Westminster under the Early Admission program, you will be notified by the Director of Admission of a decision on or before November 30th. All other applicants will be notified after the Early Admission Notification deadline on a rolling basis.

  • Enrollment

    Upon receiving and accepting an offer of admission to Westminster Christian School, the family will complete and return the contract, with the deposit, to the Admission Office. Please note the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Financial Assistance

    Financial Assistance is available based on the demonstrated financial need of the family. All financial aid applications are confidential. Aid is awarded based on the availability of funds within the limits of the school’s financial aid budget and the total needs of all students who apply. Full tuition awards or scholarships are not available.

Early Admission

Early Admission at Westminster Christian School is designed for prospective students who know that Westminster Christian is their first choice.  To be considered for Early Admission students must complete the application process prior to November 1, 2017, and will be notified of the Admission Committee's decision on or before December 1st.  Students who are accepted under the Early Admission program will be required to sign an enrollment contract and submit a $3,000 non-refundable deposit (which will be applied toward the tuition total) before December 12, 2017.  Please note that you may not apply for Early Admission if you plan to apply for financial assistance.
