Blake Davidson '21 Awarded the NEHS College Scholarship
Congratulations to Blake Davidson '21 for being selected as a recipient of the 2021 National English Honor Society (NEHS) scholarship!
Recipients of the award read The Nickel Boys, by Colson Whitehead, and wrote an essay of 850 words or less based on a prompt provided by the Honor Society. The competition was open to students across the country that are members of NEHS.
This year, 36 contestants were awarded a scholarship. Five of the winners were from Florida, and one was our very own Blake Davidson. Awards range from $1,000 to $5,000 and will be directed to the university of each student. Davidson will be attending the University of Central Florida in the fall.

Westminster Christian School, located in Palmetto Bay, Florida, is a private, college-preparatory school for children from preschool through twelfth grade.
