Seniors Receive P.E.O. Star Scholarships
Two outstanding senior students, Erica Brenner and Valentina Saavedra, were chosen to each receive a P.E.O. STAR Scholarship award. The $2,500 scholarship was established in 2009 to assist exceptional high school seniors in their college careers. Erica and Valentina were selected for their excellence in leadership, academics, extracurricular activities, community service and potential for future success.
In the fall, Erica will be attending UNC-Chapel Hill and Valentina will be attending Duke University.
