Camp Policies

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Camp Westminster

  1. No camper may attend any camp until his/her bill is paid in full.
  2. A non‐refundable, nontransferable registration fee of $30.00 must accompany each registration.
  3. There will not be any refunds for partial attendance or absences. 
  4. With permission from the Camp Director, campers who have paid in full may switch the week that they will attend camp.
  5. For the specialty/sports camps, cancellations after May 1, 2018 and prior to June 1, 2018 will receive a 50% refund.
  6. For the specialty/sports camps, cancellations after June 1, 2018 will not receive a refund.
  7. For Fun Camp, cancellations prior to June 1, 2018 will receive a 100% refund.
  8. For Fun Camp, cancellations after June 1, 2018 will not receive a refund.
  9. Any request for a refund must be made in writing to the Camp Director at wcscamps@wcsmiami.org.
  10. In the case of illness or injury, an excuse from a physician is required for any refund to be considered.
