Applying to Westminster Christian Online is like applying to most schools. Our dedicated Admission team led by Director of Admission Lisa North and Online Program Coordinator Mike Zavada are hereto give you guidance every step of the way.
To start your child on their path to becoming a Westminster Christian Online learner, begin by following these simple steps:
Submit an online application, including application fee.
Once your application has been processed, a member of our Admission Office will contact you and provide you access to a digital checklist of required documents.
Once all documents have been submitted, and Admission testing is complete, you will be contacted to schedule a Family Interview.
Following are the items you will need to upload or have your schools and references submit on your behalf.
Unofficial transcripts for the last two full years of the student’s schooling. You may submit report cards.
ISEE (Independent School Entrance Examination) testing during the last year. If a student was enrolled in a private school, they may have this testing or ERB CTP testing which can be used as well. High School students can submit PSAT, Pre-ACT, SAT or ACT scores from the last year. Students who need to take the ISEE during the application process, can make arrangements through Prometrics or ERB. We can walk you through this step.
Up to seven courses per semester, for two semesters
Use of a Microsoft Surface tablet* is provided at no extra charge to new students. The student retains ownership of the Surface if s/he is enrolled consecutively for two years (four semesters).
Microsoft 365 suite of software including Microsoft Teams
Access to the Westminster Christian Online Learning Management Platform, College Counseling, Community Groups, and Chapel Presentations
*Warranty service and technical support for the Microsoft Surface is included; however, if service is required, shipping costs for warranty service are the responsibility of the student.
Once accepted, an online enrollment contract will be provided. The amount due must be paid-in-full with the executed enrollment contract. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tuition Assistance is not available for Westminster Online courses.
