Limited voluntary workouts for HS students will begin on July 1. Times are as follows:
HS Football - 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Cross Country - 6:00 p.m.
Swimming - TBD
Students wishing to participate must first contact the head coach
to be placed into specific groups for their workouts. These groups will remain consistent throughout the first phase of our return to campus.

Students must adhere to strict arrival and departure times given to them by their head coach and may not linger on campus. If a student is being dropped-off or picked up, the parent(s) must remain in their vehicle.
Students must enter the facility through the west side of campus, alongside the Wrestling room, and check-in with the athletic staff at the entry table.
All students must answer a series of questions and will have their temperature recorded. Any student showing symptoms of COVID-19 will be asked to return home immediately. Students must wear a mask
at all times while on campus except when engaged in physical activity. Students need to come dressed and ready to workout (no locker room access), and must bring a full, individually labeled water bottle.
Students who will be using the weight room must also bring a small individual towel.
Upon the completion of their workout, any student being picked up by their parent must immediately exit the facility and head to the MS parking lot for departure.

All students must adhere to social distancing guidelines while on campus and must maintain a safe distance from their teammates. All workouts will be monitored by members of the WCS coaching staff.
