Fine Arts

Our Mission

The goal of the Westminster Fine Arts Department is to develop each child’s talent and critical thinking skills.  The Fine Arts curriculum allows students from preschool through twelfth grade to explore their God-given gifts and sharpen their skills through the visual arts, band, choir, theater, film, dance, orchestra and production.

Fine Arts Facilities

Westminster fine arts students and faculty have access to the finest facilities and technology to develop their gifts and bring glory to God through the arts.

The Lighthouse Performing Arts Center (PAC) was unveiled during the 2020-21 school year thanks to the generous support of school families, friends, and donors. The PAC features a state-of-the-art theater with seating for more than 600 that provides a top-notch performance environment for Westminster's highly esteemed, award-winning Fine Arts programs.  The Lighthouse also offers classroom space, dressing rooms, production room, practice and performance space for band, orchestra, choir, theater, dance, a two-story Fine Arts Lobby which leads to a gallery of student artwork, and more.

The Lewis Fraser Art Building provides spacious studios where the high school and middle school have all the tools necessary under one roof to hone their two- and three-dimensional artistic skills.  The elementary school has its own art studio and music room where students learn and grow in the arts.
