Last Chance to Secure Your Senior’s Yearbook Ad
We are allowing a second wave of purchases for senior yearbook ads with a deadline of December 11. WE WANT EVERY SENIOR TO PARTICIPATE, so please let us know if there is an issue we can help you resolve.
Commemorate your senior's time at Westminster with a full-page ad in the yearbook! We are honored to showcase your graduate’s special memories from the cradle to the cap and gown with pictures on a full page in Volume 60 of the Beacon yearbook.
Online payment for the ad is due on or before Monday, December 11, 2023. Please, the sooner the better. If you cannot meet the payment deadline, please email yearbook@wcsmiami.org or call Mrs. Casey Jones in the Business Office.
There are three available senior ad packages:
- A) 1-12 photos with message
- $250 by December 11
- B) 13-16 photos with message
- $275 by December 11
- C) 17-20 photos with message
- $300 by December 11

How To Submit Your Photos and Optional Message
- Within about two days of payment, parents will receive a link to an individual DropBox folder labeled with their child’s name to the parent emails listed in myWCS. (If Dropbox displays a message indicating you must upgrade your existing DropBox account, click away from it. An upgrade is not required.)
- Choose your photos in advance. Please upload FULL-SIZE or ACTUAL SIZE photos in a jpeg format as soon as possible. Make sure that the resolution is as high as possible. We cannot make a grainy photo clear. Choose carefully!
- You may also upload a Word document: Some parents include a message or a scripture. Other parents choose to have only the student's name. You can also include any specific requests as we design the page. (For example: Please use photo #2 in the red shirt as the largest photo on the page.)
- If you choose to have a page pre-made and just submit it as a jpeg, please use these specifications:
8.33 x 10.83 inches, or 50 x 65 picas, or 2500 x 3250 pixels
Your page designer will need this information.
5. We will email you a high-resolution PDF for your approval. You will have 24 hours for any changes. At that time, the ad will be submitted for publication.
*Please remember that a jpeg file needs to be at least one megabyte so that the image will not be grainy if you are using only one picture for a full page of the yearbook. Any grainy photos under that size that you submit will appear grainy in the yearbook.
