Football Improves to 4-0

Palmetto Bay, FL. - The Westminster’s (4 – 0) defense and Greg Penton’s precise passing led the Warriors to their fourth straight win (35 – 0) this season against Coral Shores (2 – 2). Defensively the Warriors did not allow the Hurricanes to score a single point; picking up 2 sacks, 2 fumble recoveries, 1 forced fumble and 2 interceptions. Tristan Roca led the Warriors defense with 11 tacks, 2 tackles for losses, 1 fumble recovery, and assisted in a sack. The pressure from Gavin Roberts and Daniel Penton combines for 6 TFLs, 1.5 sacks, and 14 tackles. Also, Cesar Mackey and Gavin Diaz both catching an interception, helped to put the Warriors back in good field position  
 
Leading from their first score to the end of the game, the warriors rushed for a total of 192 yards and received for a total of 158 yards. Greg Penton and Prince Young led the Warriors rushing offense. Greg Penton rushed for 49 yards over 8 carries and scored 2 touchdowns. Prince Young rushed for 53 yards over 4 carries scoring 1 touchdown. Not only did Young assist with the rushing offense, he also was one of the main contributors to the receiving offense, receiving 3 catches for 55 yards. Iggy Wadskier received 6 catches over 82 yards and scored 2 touchdowns.
