Frequently Asked Questions

List of 5 frequently asked questions.

  • Should campers bring their own water?

All of our water fountains are open this summer.  However, individual water bottles are encouraged.  Please make sure that your child's name is clearly printed on the bottle.
  • What about lunch?

Lunch will be provided in our cafeteria.  Campers will eat lunch with their group and counselors.
  • Will there be field trips this summer?

Field Trips occur one day per age group per week throughout the summer.  Field trips are available for full day Fun Camp campers only.  There will not be an option for campers in Sports or Specialty Camps to attend the field trips.  Campers are transported to all off-campus field trips by buses owned by Westminster Christian School and by private bus companies.  Parents are not permitted to chaperone field trips.  Every field trip has an appropriate adult/camper ratio and we are exceptionally diligent regarding supervision and safety.  If you would prefer that your child not attend the field trip, please keep your child at home that day.  There is no provision for your child to attend other camp options on field trip days.

We ask parents to remain in their cars the entire time. We will have adult counselors who will escort campers both from and to their cars. Camps begin at 9 a.m. each day. Because of the limits of camp, please arrive between 8:45 a.m. and 9:25 a.m. For camps that end at noon, we ask parents to pick up their child between Noon and 12:20 p.m., and for Fun Camp, which ends at 3 p.m., anywhere between 2:50 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Parents who arrive after 3:30 p.m. will be charged $10 for every 15 minutes that they are late.
  • How often will we communicate with parents?
