Now Available! New Athletic Clearance Procedures for Grades 6-12
Click here to view the new athletic clearance procedures for grades 6-12. Westminster will no longer use PRIVIT for athletic clearance submissions.
If you are completing your annual physical over the summer, please have your doctor sign the EL2 form. Also, please note that all Westminster student athletes in grades 6-12 are welcome to attend the annual on-campus physical day on July 29 from 9 a.m.-11 a.m. in the gym, sponsored by UHealth, free of charge.
