Thank You to These Special Volunteers
As we come to the end of the school year, there are so many donors and volunteers that we wish to thank, but there are four parents who are becoming alumni parents who are deserving of special recognition. They are:
Lou & Patty Blanco for their years of service to the Westminster Chiefs Athletic Booster Club. Lou served as President for two consecutive years, and as the Golf Classic Chair for many years. Patty gave her all right alongside him and managed concessions on the fields for many years - a back-breaking job. WCS parents for 19 years, we wish to honor Lou & Patty Blanco for their generosity, outstanding leadership and unwavering service.
Julie Parker is a WCS alumna, has been a WCS parent for 19 years, served as a WCS Board Member, Parents’ Guild President, Auction Chairperson, 50th Anniversary Chairperson, active in the Chiefs, and she and husband Clay have been generous supporters. Julie Parker is a shining example of timeless service and dedication.
Esther Vazquez has been a parent for 12 years, has served as Parents’ Guild President, as the Fine Arts Association President, Gala Chairperson, Dinner Theater Chairperson, and more. Esther Vazquez has given immeasurable time, service, and contributions to WCS.
We congratulate you as you become alumni parents. We feel blessed to have had you working hand-in-hand with us at WCS, and thank you for your tremendous generosity. And remember, once a Warrior, always a Warrior. We hope that you will continue to visit and stay involved.
