Admission Steps

  1. Submit an application online
  2. The Admission office will contact you once the application has been processed.
  3. You will now have access to a digital checklist to upload all of the required documents.
  4. Once the file is complete, the Admission Committee will determine if the application meets the criteria for a family interview and contact you.
  • Pastor/Church Leader Questionnaire (one per family)
  • Digital Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Photo of Candidate (may be uploaded at the time of submission)
  • School/Care Provider Recommendation Form for Preschool or School Recommendation Form for K-4th Grades (email to current school directly from the checklist)
  • Last 2 Years of Report Cards (if applicable)
  • Last 2 Years of Standardized Testing (if applicable)
