- Submit an application online
- The Admission office will contact you once the application has been processed.
- You will now have access to a digital checklist to upload all of the required documents.
- Once the file is complete, the Admission Committee will determine if the application meets the criteria for a family interview and contact you.
- Pastor/Church Leader Questionnaire (one per family)
- Digital Copy of Birth Certificate
- Photo of Candidate (may be uploaded at the time of submission)
- Online School Recommendation Form (email to current school directly from the checklist)
- Last 2 Years of Report Cards
- Last 2 Years of Standardized Testing
- Authorization for Release of Education Records (submitted to Westminster)
- Permission for School To Release Records (submitted to student’s current school)
