HS History Students Dominate at District History Fair

For the fourth year in a row, WCS high school students walked away with the majority of the awards at the Miami-Dade County History Fair held at the History Miami Museum on Sat., Feb. 9. Congratulations to the following students for their outstanding research projects:

First Place
Individual Performance: "India Independence" - Max Maduro

Second Place

"...WCS was once again the only school with so many first and second place winners at the Miami Dade County History Fair, and every year this program continues to grow and produce more winning history scholars than any other school, public or private, in Miami," said Wayne Williams, WCS HS History teacher and program sponsor.
