James Lee '22 Named a Positive Person in Pinecrest

Congratulations to James Lee '22 for being named a positive person in Pinecrest by Miami's Community Newspapers! Lee is founder and president of Westminster Vision, a non-profit organization that collects new and gently used eyeglasses, and donates them to those in need.
The organization has distributed donations in Miami, London, Nicaragua and Mexico. 

Lee has also worked in the Social Services Department at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. In addition, he has two publications in academic journals. One publication is a research paper on skin antiseptics and the second publication is a comparative case study on COVID-19 prevention methods. 

At Westminster, Lee is an AP Capstone Scholar, president of the Science National Honor Society, a member of the Science Research Honor Society, an AP Scholar with distinction, a member of the school's soccer team and much more. He's been accepted to Notre Dame, Cornell University, Loyola Marymount, University of Miami, Pepperdine, the University of Florida, Florida State University, University of California at Santa Barbara and the University of California San Diego.
