If you haven't done so already, the following Warrior Week forms should also be completed as soon as possible:

• The Warrior Week waiver and Student Registration forms. These are available in your myWCS account (in the same place as your enrollment forms.) 
• The Sharptop Cove waiver. This waiver is available on the Warrior Week Resource Board and by using this link. Please select both Westminster (Miami) and August 13-18, 2023, under the appropriate sections.
• If your child has any dietary concerns, please use this link to submit the form directly to Sharptop Cove.
• For students with prescription medications, your child’s physician must complete an Authorization for Medication form. Click here for more details.

Volunteer opportunities are still available. Westminster is also searching for nurses and doctors to attend. Click here to register to volunteer.
