Most recently, Ndhlovu served as an assistant director of tutoring and academic coaching at Montclair State University where she mentored students, provided academic support services and guided students as they transitioned to college. Previously she managed the recruitment and admission process for prospective students at Caldwell University as an assistant director for compliance and student-athlete welfare. She was also responsible for academic, social, and career preparation workshops for students. At Saint Peter’s University she served as an academic advisor to Division 1 student athletes, where she managed academic eligibility and worked with prospective students through their college admission process.   

  

Ndhlovu earned a bachelor’s degree from Caldwell University in New Jersey, and a master’s degree in education and higher education administration from the University of Kansas.
