HS: Important Information About Student Schedules
Schedules will be available in myWCS on Monday, June 30.
While we make every effort to align the student’s class schedule to their levels, course requests and preferences, some course selections may not fit into their schedule. If there are any issues with the upcoming course schedule, such as incorrect level placement or a missing course, please contact your college counselor beginning July 7 for assistance.

- Email your counselor with a schedule change request.

- Schedule an appointment to meet via phone call, virtually, or in person.
If you are a new Westminster student, please submit your official final transcript to Katie Newcomm via email or in-person (knewcomm@wcsmiami.org). New students may not attend Warrior Week or begin classes until transcripts have been submitted.
Schedule change requests will be available from Monday, July, 7 through Friday, July 18. Schedule adjustments will resume the second week of school with counselor approval. Please note, students’ schedules are subject to change.
