High School Parents: Review These Important Dates from the CCC

Please review these important dates from the College Counseling Center regarding student records, scheduling, and counseling services for the summer:
 
Important Dates & Information
  • May 21: PreACT scores will be available in students’ SCOIR accounts.
  • May 28–June 1: Parents are required to review and approve their child’s course requests in myWCS. A yellow ribbon will appear on their home screen once logged in to myWCS. Click on ribbon and follow instructions to approve student course requests.
  • May 29: Official report cards and transcripts will be posted in myWCS.
  • June 1–5: Final official transcripts for Class of 2026 graduates will be sent to their respective colleges or universities.
  • June 15-30: Student schedules for the 2026-27 school year will be released in myWCS. Students may contact their counselor via email regarding any questions or concerns about their schedules.
  • July 1-31: The scheduling system will be closed, and no schedule changes will be made during this time.
  • August 3-7: Students may again contact their counselor via email with any questions or concerns regarding their schedules.
