Free Sports Physicals: July 25
All middle and high school students interested in participating in a sport must have athletic clearance, which includes a sports physical, in order to try out.
Sports physicals are available free of charge on campus in the main gym on Saturday, July 25, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. The service is provided by the medical team from UHealth. Please complete your child's athletic clearance profile prior to arrival at www.athleticclearance.com.
Starting this year, all student-athletes grades 9-12 must also complete and submit a normal EKG exam. You may access this exam, free of charge, from one of the following providers:
