As we prepare for a new school year, we want to share some important details regarding student schedules and the elective course process. While we make every effort to place students in their preferred courses based on the selections submitted via myWCS, final placement depends on scheduling availability and class capacities.

Key Dates & Timeline

• July 30: Student schedules will be officially available for viewing.
• August 4: The schedule change request window opens.

How to Request a Schedule Change

If your child would like to make changes to their schedule, please review the following guidelines:

• Beginning August 4, the Request for Schedule Change Form will be available in myWCS. A link to the form will be displayed at the top of the screen upon login. Please follow the prompts to submit your request, and it will be sent directly to the Middle School administration team for review.
• All schedule change requests must be submitted by a parent using the Request for Schedule Change Form.
• Requests submitted via email will not be considered.
• Schedule change requests will be accepted through August 14.
• All schedule change requests will be reviewed and are subject to administrative approval.
