Most recently, Jaime has served as a school counselor at Somerset Gables Academy, where she designed and implemented a comprehensive counseling and behavior support program for K-8 students. In this role, she collaborated closely with teachers and families to strengthen student engagement and accountability. Her previous experience includes serving at Susan B. Anthony Middle School, where she supported students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs through counseling, classroom guidance, and collaboration with faculty and families. Prior to her counseling work, she built a strong foundation in education through several teaching roles, including elementary classroom teaching and substitute teaching across multiple school districts.

 

Jaime earned her Master of Education in school counseling from Liberty University in 2024 and holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Florida State University, earned in 2018. She also holds Florida certifications in both PK-12 school counseling and elementary education. Jaime is actively involved in ministry as a youth group leader at Hope Chapel Miami, where she mentors middle and high school students.
