New Athletic Clearance Procedures

As families prepare for the next school year, please be advised that Westminster will no longer use PRIVIT for athletic clearance submissions. Westminster Athletics is moving to a new system and details on that system will be available in the coming weeks.  

If you are completing your annual physical over the summer, please have your doctor sign the EL2 form. You may submit the form to Westminster Athletics once the new system is in place and operational.  

Also, please note that all Westminster student athletes in grades 6-12 are welcome to attend the annual physical day in late July, sponsored by UHealth, free of charge. The exact time and date of those physicals will be communicated in the coming weeks.
