MS: Get Ready for Spirit Week - Oct. 24-27
The Middle School is celebrating Spirit Week from Tuesday, Oct. 24 to Friday, Oct. 27. Take a look at the theme and schedule and start finding the right things to wear!
- Tues., Oct. 24 - Westminster Chapel T-shirt Day: Wear this year’s Westminster “Wholehearted” t-shirt and uniform bottoms.
- Wed., Oct. 25 - Western Day: It’s the wild, wild west! Come decked out in your western gear!
- Thurs., Oct. 26 - Decades Day: Go all out and wear clothes from your favorite past decade: 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s...
- Fri., Oct. 27 - Neon Day: Wear your bright neon colors!
SPIRIT WEEK CONTEST
Throughout Spirit Week, every homeroom will compete against the other homerooms in the same grade.
- Your homeroom will earn one point for each person who dresses up each day including the teacher.
- The total points earned will be divided by the number of people in the class including the teacher.
- The homeroom which earns the most points per person in each grade will earn a trophy to keep for the year, bragging rights, and a basket full of candy.
GUIDELINES FOR ALL OF THE THEME DAYS
These are not free dress days. You must dress as stated above OR come to school in your school uniform. You can wear jeans, sweatpants, joggers, or shorts as long as they do not have tears or holes in them. If you wear shorts, they must be as long as your regular uniform shorts. Have fun, but dress modestly. Your stomach may not be exposed. No pajamas, tank tops, sleeveless shirts, low cut, or tight/form fitting tops. No basketball or athletic shorts. No Crocs, sandals, slippers, flip flops, masks, or face paint. You may wear leggings under shorts or tutus.
