Important Information Regarding Medications During Warrior Week
As we prepare for the upcoming Warrior Week, we want to ensure all students are well-supported and safe while away. Please read the following information carefully if your child requires any medication during Warrior Week.
Prescription Medication Drop-Off (All Grades) Wednesday, July 30, 2025 1 p.m. - 2 p.m. The Lighthouse
All prescription medications, including self-carry medications, must have a completed physician authorization form.
Emergency medications (such as inhalers or EpiPens) must include a corresponding action plan.
If this drop-off window does not work for your family, please contact us to arrange an alternative time.
Over-the-Counter (OTC) Medication Form (All Students)
A completed Warrior Week Over-the-Counter Medication Form is required for all students, even if your child will not be taking any OTC medications.
The form is due by August 1, 2025.
The form is available in myWCS, under Files and Forms, in your parent profile.
Important Notes
Medications cannot be accepted on the day of departure.
Physician orders for self-carry medications may be submitted via email.
All required forms can be found under Health Clinic Resources in the myWCS portal.
SharpTop Special Diet Form
Diet accommodations are available during Warrior Week. If your child(ren) require a special diet, please complete the SharpTop Special Diet Form by August 1, 2025, to ensure your child’s dietary needs are met. The form can also be found in the Warrior Week Resource Board in myWCS.
