Everything You Need to Know About the ConciergePad App
Beginning this school year, Westminster is enhancing its visitor management and student attendance system through ConciergePad, a secure, user-friendly platform that supports a safer campus environment. This system integrates with myWCS to simplify how you manage your child’s school attendance.
IMPORTANT: All Westminster parents are required to register with ConciergePad and ensure their contact information is up to date in myWCS. Please ensure the emergency contact for each child is correct before downloading the app.
To help you get started, we’ve provided a set of simple instructional videos:

Using the ConciergePad app, you will now notify the school of absences, early dismissals, and late arrivals, quickly and easily, from your smartphone. This new process replaces traditional methods like emails, phone calls, and handwritten notes, ensuring more accurate and timely communication.
