Important Warrior Week Information for Seniors

As you begin planning for Warrior Week, we would like to share some important travel details regarding the senior itinerary.

This year, our seniors will depart on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 9 a.m. (check-in begins at 8 a.m.). Students will spend the day at Epic Universe before traveling overnight to Helen, Georgia. Upon arrival on Sunday, they will enjoy a tubing excursion and lunch in downtown Helen before continuing on to camp for the remainder of Warrior Week.

Each senior family is responsible for a $125 fee, which will be charged to your account in July. This fee includes:

• Admission to Epic Universe
• Tubing excursion in Helen, Georgia
• Sunday dinner

Please note that the fee does not include:

• Epic Universe Express Pass (Optional)
• Meals on Saturday
• Sunday breakfast and lunch

Students should plan accordingly and bring spending money for these meals, if desired.

For safety and supervision purposes, students must remain with their assigned groups at all times while at Epic Universe and during their visit to Helen.

Check-In Information
All student check-ins will take place in the Student Activities Center (SAC). Please park in either the Middle School or Elementary School parking lots and enter through the front entrance of the SAC.
Students who will be leaving their vehicles on campus during Warrior Week must park in the High School parking lot.
