Schedule Change Requests in the Middle School
The Request for Schedule Change Form is available in the myWCS parent portal and will remain open through Friday, August 14.
To submit a request, please log in to myWCS and click the banner at the top of the page that reads "You Have Form(s) to Review." You may also find the form under "Files & Forms" by clicking your name in the upper right-hand corner. Follow the prompts to submit your request. Please note the following:
- Schedule change requests apply only to elective courses.
- Due to scheduling constraints, class sizes, teacher assignments, and other factors, academic (core) classes cannot be changed.
- Requests must be submitted by a parent through the official Schedule Change Request form.
- Schedule change requests submitted by students via email or in person will not be considered.
- All requests are subject to review and approval by the Middle School Administration.
