All Girls MS Robotics Team Receives Grant
The newly created all girls Middle School Robotics team has been awarded the Girls Powered VRC Team Grant. The grant includes a $200 voucher towards ANY purchase on www.vexrobotics.com. In addition to the voucher, the Girl Powered Grant provides the team with the new V5 Vex Robotics competition kit so that the team can take their competing to the next level. Girl Powered gives girls the additional tools and resources needed for them to succeed in robotics and STEM.
Their grants provide teachers and mentors the resources they need to start a VEX team that appeals just as much to girls who are interested in STEM as it does to boys.
